Construction
Your office is wherever the truck is parked.
Job-site connectivity, crews working from phones and tablets, plan sets that are actually current, file sharing with subcontractors that does not hand over the whole project, and protection against the invoice fraud that targets draw payments.
If your plans live in an email thread and your estimates live on one laptop, that is the conversation to have first.
Works off-site
Crews, trucks and trailers included.
Current plan sets
One version, everywhere.
Sub file sharing
Scoped, not wide open.
Draw fraud
The attack aimed at your payments.
The Real Problem
Construction data does not sit still, and neither does anyone using it.
Almost nothing about a construction business happens at a desk. Plans are opened on a tablet in the weather, photos are taken on a phone and never filed, change orders are agreed by text and confirmed by email, and the estimating file that quotes every job lives on one machine that nobody backs up.
None of that is unprofessional — it is how the work gets done. But it means your exposure is spread across devices that leave the office, connections that barely exist at the site, and a paper trail assembled from three apps after the fact.
The financial attack is specific to this industry. Progress and draw payments are large, scheduled and predictable, which makes them worth intercepting. A convincing email with changed remittance details, timed to a draw, is the fraud that hits contractors hardest.
Get the plans current, the files backed up and the payments verified.
Before the next draw
Confirm payment details by phone to a number you already held, never one in the email. On a job of any size that single habit is worth more than any product.
What We Handle
Built for a business that moves
Job-site connectivity
Getting a usable connection to a trailer, a basement or a field — cellular, fixed wireless or temporary, whichever the site actually supports.
Mobile crews and devices
Phones and tablets that can open plans, capture photos and file them automatically, with a way to wipe a device that goes missing.
Plan sets and version control
One current set, available everywhere, so nobody builds from a superseded revision they downloaded three weeks ago.
Subcontractor file sharing
Scoped access to the parts of a project a sub actually needs, with a record of who downloaded what, rather than a shared link that never expires.
Estimating and accounting protection
The files that price your work, backed up properly — losing the estimating history is losing your margin data.
Invoice and draw fraud defence
Email security aimed at remittance-change fraud, plus the verification step that stops it when the email is convincing.
Running multiple crews across sites? Ask about managed IT, which covers devices wherever they end up.
If it leaves the office, it needs a plan. Let us build you one.
Questions
Questions from contractors
Can you get internet to a site with nothing there?
Usually. Cellular and fixed wireless cover most sites, and we will tell you plainly when a location genuinely cannot support what you want to do on it.
A tablet went missing with plans on it. What now?
With device management in place, it is wiped remotely and the matter ends there. Without it, you are relying on a passcode and hope — which is why we set this up before it happens.
How do we share drawings with subs without giving away everything?
Scoped access per project or per trade, with expiry and a download record, instead of a permanent link forwarded between people you never gave it to.
Someone tried to change our remittance details before a draw. Is that common?
Increasingly. Payments in this industry are large and scheduled, which makes them worth the attacker’s effort. Email filtering helps; a callback rule to a known number is what actually stops it.

Whenever You Are Ready
Tell us how your crews actually work.
Where the plans live, what the site connection is like, how subs get files, and how draws get paid. We will tell you which parts are fragile and what it costs to fix.
Build the job, not the workaround.
