AI Assistants
An assistant that has actually read your documents
An internal AI assistant trained on your policies, procedures, contracts and history — so staff stop asking the same five people the same questions, and the answers they get are yours rather than generic.
We start with one use case, prove it works, and expand only if it earns the expansion.
The Problem It Solves
Your business knowledge is trapped in documents nobody can search
Every organization accumulates knowledge in places it cannot be retrieved from: a procedures folder nobody opens, five years of quotes, a contract with terms that matter to a decision being made right now, and the two long-serving staff who genuinely know how things work and get interrupted forty times a day.
An internal assistant reads all of it and answers questions about it in plain language, with a citation back to the source document so the answer can be checked. That last part matters — an assistant that cannot show its working is a liability, not a tool.
It runs where you decide. For anything sensitive, that means hardware in your building, with nothing leaving your network.
Good first use cases
Onboarding questions. Policy lookups. "What did we quote them last time." Summarising a long thread before a call. Drafting a first version of a document that follows your own house format.
How It Works
What we build and run
Document ingestion
Contracts, procedures, quotes, email history and shared drives, indexed so the assistant can find and cite them.
Answers with sources
Every response links back to the document it came from, so staff can verify rather than trust blindly.
Access control
The assistant respects who is allowed to see what. It cannot surface a document to someone who could not open it directly.
Private deployment
On your hardware where the data requires it. See AI services for how we decide.
Questions
Assistant questions
Will it make things up?
Any language model can. We reduce it by grounding answers in your documents and citing sources, so a wrong answer is visible rather than convincing. We also tell you plainly where the technology is not reliable enough to be trusted alone.
Who can see what?
The assistant honours your existing permissions. If someone could not open a document directly, the assistant will not read it to them.
How long does it take to build?
A first working use case is usually weeks rather than months, which is deliberate — you should see whether it helps before committing further.
What if it does not help?
Then we stop. That is why the readiness assessment comes first and comes free.
