Custom AI Solutions
Imagine a coworker who reads everything in seconds, never forgets, and does the boring parts before you ask.
We build and train AI that runs on your hardware, learns your business processes, and handles the work that eats your week — reading email, digitising documents, drafting reports, spotting anomalies, taking notes. Your data never leaves your building.
Tell us what your business repeats every day. We will tell you honestly whether AI should be doing it.
Runs on your hardware
Your data stays inside your building.
Trained on your business
Your processes, your rules, your language.
No per-seat licence
You own the instance outright.
Modest hardware
You do not need thousands in GPUs.
How To Feel AI In Your Mind
Stop picturing a robot. Picture a tireless colleague who has read everything you own.
Think of AI as a photographic memory, instead of forgetting where that file went. As a paralegal, intern and analyst in one, instead of doing the grunt work yourself. As a predictive co-pilot, instead of reacting to problems after they land. As a safety net that never sleeps, instead of the nagging "what if I miss this?"
AI can augment the work you already do well and automate the work that is simply in the way — which leaves your people on the parts that are actually profitable.
If you can imagine it, we can usually build it. Through experience, engineering and plain tenacity, the project ends up as you described it — and your business ends up with the edge you pictured. Ask us what we have already built; we are happy to walk you through it.
Your imagination is the specification. Tell us what you pictured.
Where to start
One use case. The thing your team complains about most. We prove it works before anybody talks about expanding it.
The Four Engines
Four kinds of AI, and what each one is actually for
Most business problems need one of these. Some need two. We will tell you which before anyone builds anything.
Process Automation
AI engines extract meaning from unstructured text — emails, forms, chat logs — then route it, respond to it and enter the data, without a human copying between screens.
Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning
Predictive engines forecast outcomes and optimise decisions using the history your business has already accumulated but never used.
Natural Language Processing
NLP engines interpret, generate and analyse human language, for text or for speech — the layer that lets a system read an email the way a person would.
Computer Vision
Vision engines process images and video to extract meaning or trigger automation — verifying an ID, inspecting a product, catching a defect. See also AI security cameras.
Genuinely unsure? That is what the readiness assessment is for, and it costs nothing.
One of these four usually solves it. We will tell you which, for free.
The Technology Underneath
What actually does the work
Natural Language Processing
Reads emails, extracts intent, and responds in natural language.
OCR & Document AI
Digitises and understands invoices, contracts, forms — and anything else you throw at it.
Computer Vision
Verifies IDs, inspects products and detects defects.
Machine Learning
Predicts outcomes, detects anomalies and recommends actions.
Generative AI
Drafts emails, summarises reports and fills in forms.
Robotic Process Automation
Executes the clicks, API calls and data entry across the apps that will never talk to each other properly.
Voice-To-Text Note Taking
Dictated notes for doctors, attorneys, inspectors, trades — any job where the writing up happens after hours.
Private Image & Video Generation
Create your own images and video with no licence agreement hundreds of pages long, and no conflict over who owns the output.
If a person does it repeatedly on a screen, something on this list can help.
RPA Versus AI
AI Process Automation = Robotic Process Automation + judgement
Traditional automation follows rules until something unexpected happens, then stops and waits for a person. This is the difference, feature by feature.
Feature
Traditional RPA
AI Process Automation
Data type
Structured only
Structured and unstructured
Rules
Hard-coded
Dynamic — learns over time
Exceptions
Fails, or needs a human
Handles them with AI judgement
Scalability
Linear — add more bots
Gets smarter as volume grows
Maintenance
High — UI changes break bots
Lower — the AI adapts
Already running RPA that keeps breaking every time a vendor changes a screen? That is the most common reason people call us about this.
Rules break. Judgement adapts. That is the whole argument.
When It Is Worth Doing
Three signals that AI will actually pay for itself
You need speed, accuracy and auditability
All three at once, on work that currently depends on somebody being careful at four in the afternoon.
You want people on the creative and strategic work
Not on retyping what a machine could have read the first time.
You have a pile of unstructured data
Emails, documents, images and scans that hold the answers but cannot be searched or counted today.
If none of these describe you, we will say so. See also custom software, which solves a great many of these problems more cheaply than AI does.
Two of the three, and it is worth an hour of your time to find out.
Secure Your AI And Your Data
Most AI products send your business through somebody else’s cloud. Ours does not.
The surest way to keep your proprietary data, your customer information and your business processes from leaking to the public — or worse, to a competitor — is to self host your own instance of the AI. You feed it everything about how your business works, and all of it stays inside your company.
That is also why we can train it properly. With your own custom training, you can ask your AI for better ways to handle a situation based on your actual processes and your own accumulated intelligence — something no hosted, shared model will ever do for you.
We can set up and train AI to do very nearly anything you need on the same box: generate images and video, watch for trends, read email, build reports. The pros outweigh the cons, and you keep full control of the instance.
Own the model. Own the data. Own the decision.
It runs on modest hardware
You do not need thousands of dollars of GPUs to run AI locally. We will size it to what you actually need and tell you the real number before you spend anything.
Self hosting also removes an entire category of questions from a cyber insurance application and a privacy review — the same reason we recommend it everywhere else in your business. See compliance.
How We Build It
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them
01
We find the repetition
What your business does over and over, and what it costs you in hours. If there is not enough of it, we say so.
02
We scope one use case
Written down, with a number attached, before anything is built. You approve it or you do not.
03
We build and train it on your site
On your hardware, on your data, tuned until it is right rather than until the demo works.
04
We hand it over and stay reachable
Your instance, your model, your data. We train your people on it and we are still here when you want it to do something new.
Start small, prove it, then expand. Never the other way round.
Questions
Questions people actually ask
Does our data get sent to OpenAI, Google or anyone else?
Not unless you decide it should. The whole point of a self hosted instance is that your data stays on your hardware, behind your firewall. Where a hosted model is genuinely the better tradeoff, we tell you exactly what would be sent and what would be retained before you agree to anything.
How expensive is the hardware?
Far less than people expect. You do not need thousands of dollars of GPUs to run detection, document processing or a private assistant on your own site. We size it to your workload and give you the real number up front.
Can it be trained on how our business does things?
Yes — that is the main reason to build rather than buy. We feed it your processes, your documents and your history, so its answers reflect how you actually operate rather than a generic average of the internet.
What about our cyber insurance?
Self hosting generally makes that conversation easier, because an entire category of "where does your data go" questions simply stops applying. See compliance for how we document it.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The instance, the trained model and the data are yours, running on hardware you own.
What if AI turns out to be the wrong answer for us?
Then we say so, and often point you at custom software instead — cheaper, more predictable, and frequently a better fit. We would rather turn down a project than sell you one you do not need.
Ask the awkward one. Those are usually the questions worth answering.
Backup & Security Compliance
SOC 2 Type II platforms
The backup and security platforms we deploy are independently SOC 2 Type II audited.
HIPAA controls, BAAs signed
Configured to the HIPAA Security Rule, and we sign Business Associate Agreements.
PCI DSS aligned
Cardholder environments segmented, encrypted and logged to PCI DSS requirements.
Whenever You Are Ready
Tell us what you imagined. We will tell you what it takes.
Describe the process that wastes your week, or the idea you have not been able to get anyone to build. You get an honest answer about whether AI is the right tool, what it would take, and what it would cost. No pressure, no scare tactics — we would rather earn the project than sell you one.
Your imagination is your future. Let us go build it.
