Why This Is Separate
AI is a practice here, not a bullet point
Most IT providers added "AI" to a services list in 2024 and changed nothing about what they do. We keep it separate because the work genuinely is separate — different tools, different risks, and a different conversation about where your data goes.
The questions that matter are not which model is best. They are: what does your business actually repeat often enough to be worth automating, what information is trapped in documents nobody can search, and what would you never allow to leave your building. We start there.
If the honest answer is that AI would not help you yet, we will say so. That has happened, and it will happen again.

Common questions about business AI
Does our data get sent to OpenAI or Google?
Only if you decide it should. For sensitive work we build on models that run on hardware you control, so nothing leaves your network. Where a hosted model is the right tradeoff, we tell you exactly what is sent and what is retained before you agree to anything.
Is our business too small for this?
Often the opposite. Smaller organizations feel the benefit of automating a repetitive task faster, because there is nobody spare to absorb it.
What does an AI project cost?
It depends entirely on the use case, which is why the readiness assessment comes first and comes free. You get a written scope and a number before any build starts.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we say so. A great deal of what people bring to us as an AI problem is actually a custom software problem, and it is cheaper and more reliable to solve it that way.
