AUGMENTED SECURITY WITH INTERNAL AI
Your cameras already see everything. It is time they did something about it.
We build AI-augmented security systems that recognize weapons, people, faces, vehicles and license plates the moment they appear — then notify whoever needs to know, speak through the camera, trigger the gate, and even send your dog to investigate. All of it running on hardware you own, inside your own walls.
Every week you wait is another week of footage you can only watch after the fact. Tell us about your property — we will tell you honestly what AI can and cannot do for it.
The odds are not on your side.
These are federal numbers, not ours. We think you should see them before you decide that a camera only recording is good enough.

Reacting to a recording is not security. Being told the moment it happens is.

WHAT AUGMENTED SECURITY ACTUALLY MEANS
A recording tells you what you lost. An AI tells you what is happening.
Almost every camera system in service today is forensic. It captures, it stores, and it waits for a human being to go looking. That human is usually looking because something already went wrong — a door is open, a truck is gone, a person is hurt. By then the only thing the system can offer you is a clearer picture of a bad night.
Augmented security closes that gap. An AI engine watches every stream continuously, understands what it is looking at, and escalates the instant something matters. It does not get bored at 3 a.m., it does not blink, and it does not need forty monitors and a person to watch them.
We build these systems the same way we build everything else at Chas Enterprise Group: on your hardware, trained on your property, tuned to your rules, and owned outright by you.
Stop paying to review the past. Start paying to change the outcome.

DETECTION CAPABILITIES
It knows the difference between a delivery and a problem.
Every detection below can be scoped to a zone, a schedule, a camera or a specific gate — so a forklift moving at 2 p.m. is normal and the same movement at 2 a.m. is an alert.
Weapon & Threat Object Detection
Firearms, rifles, blades and other threat objects flagged in the frame the moment they are visible — not after someone calls it in. Alerts can fire simultaneously to staff, an on-site radio, a phone tree and law enforcement.
Person, Face & Watchlist Recognition
Distinguish a person from an animal, a shadow or a passing headlight. Build known-person lists for staff and residents, and watchlists for individuals who have been trespassed. Facial recognition is configured to your policy and your state's law — we will tell you plainly what is and is not permitted where you operate.
Vehicle & License Plate Recognition
Read plates at the gate, the drive and the loading dock. Match against approved lists to open a gate automatically, or against hotlists to alert instead. Search months of history by plate, make, color or body style in seconds.
Motion, Zone & Perimeter Intrusion
Draw a line, a fence or a box. Get told when something crosses it, in which direction, and how long it stayed. Tripwires, dwell timers and directional rules replace the motion alerts that cry wolf every time a branch moves.
Loitering, Crowding & Behavior
Someone sitting in a parked car outside a building for twenty minutes. A group forming where a group should not be. A door propped open past a threshold. Behavior over time is where most incidents announce themselves first.
Fire, Smoke, Water & Safety Events
Visual detection of smoke and flame, standing water where it should not be, and unsafe conditions in a yard or plant — often minutes before a sensor trips, and in places sensors were never installed.
Package, Asset & Equipment Watch
Know when a package arrives and when it leaves with the wrong person. Know when a trailer, tool cart, generator or piece of equipment moves outside its window. Know before the inventory count tells you.
PPE, Safety & Compliance Monitoring
Hard hats, vests, restricted areas, dock safety, and occupancy limits — monitored continuously and logged, so a compliance review is a report you already have rather than a scramble.
Custom Detection, Trained On Your Site
This is the part most vendors cannot do. If it matters to your operation and a camera can see it, we can train the model to recognize it — your equipment, your uniforms, your gates, your process, your definition of wrong.
If a camera can see it, we can teach the AI to care about it. Tell us what keeps you up.
THE RESPONSE ENGINE
Detection is half of it. What happens in the next ten seconds is the other half.
A detection that nobody acts on is just a better-labeled recording. Every rule you build ends in an action — and you decide what that action is, for each camera, each zone and each hour of the day.
Notify whoever is needed, however they need it
Text, phone call, email, mobile push, desktop alert, radio, Teams or Slack, your monitoring center, a siren, a strobe, or all of them at once. Different people for different events. Different people at 2 a.m. than at 2 p.m.
Speak through the camera
The AI cameras have speakers, and the AI can use them. A live voice, a synthesized warning or a pre-recorded message plays on the spot: “You are on private property and you are being recorded. The owner has been notified.” A voice on the property ends a surprising number of incidents before anything else has to happen.
Release or call the dog
Where a working dog is part of your security, the AI becomes part of the handler's toolkit. It can automatically open a gate, door or kennel to admit the dog to the area that needs covering, or play your own recorded commands through the camera speakers to send the dog to investigate and to recall it. Every release is logged, zoned, scheduled and rule-bound — and set up with your handler, not around them.
Trigger the hardware you already have
Lock or unlock a door. Open or hold a gate. Turn on the lot lights. Drop a barrier. Start a recording at a higher frame rate. Wake a PTZ camera and point it at the event.
Escalate on a ladder you define
No acknowledgement in sixty seconds? Move to the next person. Still nothing? Sound the siren, call the monitoring center, and send the clip to the responding officer's phone with the detection already marked.
Log everything, defensibly
Every detection, every notification, every response and every human decision is time-stamped and retained. When you need to hand something to an insurer, an attorney or an investigator, it is already assembled.
Tell us who should know, and how fast. We will build the ladder around it.

K9 INTEGRATION
Your dog is part of the system, not separate from it.
A working dog is the most effective deterrent most properties will ever have. The limitation has always been coordination — the dog is only where somebody put it, and only knows what somebody told it.
We close that loop. When the AI confirms a person in a zone that should be empty, it can automatically open the gate, door or kennel that admits the dog to that area, and play your handler's own recorded commands through the camera speakers to send the dog to investigate — and to call it back when the area is clear.
Every rule is built with your handler and your trainer. Release zones, permitted hours, weather and occupancy conditions, automatic recall, manual override from your phone, and a full log of every release are all part of the design — because a system like this has to be safe for your people and your animal before it is useful against anybody else.
If you already run a dog, we will make it faster. If you are considering one, we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
YOU STAY IN COMMAND
Log in. Scrub. Decide.
The AI never takes you out of the loop — it puts you at the front of it. You have full access to the system from a browser or your phone, wherever you are.
- Log into the AI and scrub video across any camera and any date, at any speed, without waiting on an installer or a support ticket.
- Get the clip pushed to you. When something triggers, the AI sends you the segment with the detection already boxed and labeled, so you are judging evidence instead of hunting for it.
- Decide what should be done from the alert itself — dismiss it, escalate it, speak through the camera, open or lock a door, dispatch, or release the dog.
- Ask the system questions. “Show me every white pickup at the north gate after 8 p.m. last week.” “When did that trailer leave?” Forensic search across months, in seconds, without scrubbing at all.
- Give the right people the right access. Role-based accounts for a manager, a board, a guard, a handler or an HOA committee — each seeing only what they should.
- Review the day in a minute. Automatic summaries of what the AI saw, what it flagged, and what was done about it.
You should never have to ask a vendor for your own footage. With us, you never will.

SELF HOSTED AI OPTIONS
Your video never leaves your building.
Most AI camera products send your footage to somebody else's cloud, charge you per camera every month, and give you exactly the features they decide to give you. Your video — of your staff, your residents, your customers and your family — lives on infrastructure you do not control.
We do it the other way. Your AI runs on your own hardware, on your own network, behind your own firewall. The footage stays put, the model stays yours, and the monthly per-camera bill disappears.
It runs on modest hardware
You do not need tens of thousands of dollars in GPUs to run detection on your own site. We will size it to your camera count and tell you the real number before you spend anything.
Your data stays private
Faces, plates, floor plans, staff movement and resident activity never leave your premises and never train somebody else's model.
Cleaner for compliance and insurance
Self hosting removes an entire category of questions from a cyber policy application and from a privacy review — the same reason we recommend self hosted AI everywhere else in your business.
It is yours to change
New camera, new gate, new rule, new detection? That is a configuration change on your system, not a sales call and a new subscription tier.
Own the system. Own the footage. Own the decision.
WHO WE BUILD THIS FOR
Different properties, different rules, same engine.
Commercial & Industrial
Warehouses, yards, plants, dealerships, contractor storage and construction sites. Perimeter and after-hours coverage, vehicle and plate recognition at the gate, equipment and trailer movement, dock and PPE safety.
Retail, Office & Multi-Tenant
Storefronts, professional offices and mixed-use buildings. Weapon detection, trespass watchlists, loitering at entrances and after-hours doors, visitor and delivery verification.
HOAs, Condo Associations & Apartment Communities
Gate and entry plate recognition, resident and guest vehicle lists, package theft, pool and amenity hours, parking enforcement, and clean board-level reporting that does not require handing everyone raw camera access.
Public & Private Schools, Healthcare, Government
Weapon detection at entrances and approaches, unauthorized person alerts, door-propped and after-hours events, lockdown triggers, and audit-ready logging. 93% of public schools already run cameras — the question is whether anyone is watching them in the moment.
High-Value Residential & Estates
Driveway and perimeter coverage, plate recognition at the entry, package and delivery watch, two-way voice at the gate, and K9 integration on larger properties.
Not sure which of these you are? Most of our clients are more than one. Let's walk it.
HOW WE GET YOU THERE
Four steps, no mystery, no surprise invoice.
01
We walk the property
In person where we can, on video where we cannot. We look at what you already have, where the real exposure is, and what your insurer and your state actually require. You get a straight assessment even if the answer is that you need less than you thought.
02
We design it around your rules
Camera placement, detection zones, schedules, who gets notified for what, escalation ladders, speaker placement, K9 release points, retention, and access roles — written down and agreed before anything is ordered.
03
We build, install and train the AI
Hardware sized and installed, cameras placed and calibrated, the model trained on your site until the false alerts are gone, and your people trained on the console until they are comfortable in it.
04
We stay with it
Detection tuning as seasons and operations change, health monitoring, firmware and model updates, and a human at this end who knows your site. We have never had a project fail, and we do not intend to start.
LET'S GET AHEAD OF IT
The best time to build this was before the incident. The next best time is this week.
Tell us about the property and what worries you about it. We will walk it, tell you honestly what AI will and will not solve, and give you a real number. No pressure, no scare tactics — we would rather earn the project than sell you one.
